For pieces valued over $300, Elev8 Glass Gallery may also feature your work on our website. Due to the time and effort required for online listings, only select pieces will be chosen for the site.

We pay artists out every 30 days after the sale of their work. No long waits. No hassle.

📜 Consignment Rules & Terms
We keep it simple and fair.
Commission Split

70/30 split – You receive 70% of the sale price, and we keep 30% to cover marketing, overhead, commission to our sales reps, and gallery operations.
Inventory

All pieces must be high-quality, sellable, and clean. Your art must be approved by Elev8 Glass Gallery

You provide pricing, or we can help with the price based on market value and our experience
Duration

We hold art for as long as you
Shipping

Artists are responsible for shipping their pieces to the gallery

If pieces need to be returned, return shipping is at the artist’s expense unless otherwise agreed
Payment Terms

Payments are issued via PayPal or check every 30 days after the sale

We provide a breakdown of what sold, where, and for how much
Damage/Loss Policy

We handle your work with extreme care. In the rare case of damage or theft, we cover up to 50% of retail value.
